Mindful Tip: Mental conditioning is the key to success in fitness.  Your subconscious mind is what controls most of your behavior. The results you are getting right now in your life, whether it is health, fitness, work or family, are based on your old conditioning. Failure to reprogram your mind will leave you stuck where you are right now.

 Mindful Wisdom:  Watch your thoughts and words.   Become aware of mental conditioning.

 Mindful Action: When speaking or thinking about yourself, or anyone, else be aware of every thought you have and every word you say.  Rid yourself of all negative thoughts and words.
